- Provide warm, personalized welcomes to guests and departures with a focus on creating a memorable first and last impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Manage guest luggage, valet services, and transportation arrangements with the utmost care and discretion.
- Prepare and maintain the guest room environment, including turndown service and ensuring all amenities are stocked and in pristine condition.
- Act as a personal assistant to guests, handling special requests such as restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and local travel arrangements.
- Run errands for guests, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and business mail services.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests to anticipate their preferences and provide tailored service.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including housekeeping, F&B, and front office, to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for service.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing multiple guest requests.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
