Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound reservation inquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and urgency.
- Provide personalized recommendations regarding room categories, dining options, and unique Raffles amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Process reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations accurately within the Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Front Office and Sales, to ensure seamless guest arrival experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel rates, special packages, and promotional offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Address guest concerns and service requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Adhere to strict brand standards regarding communication tone, etiquette, and data privacy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel reservations or front office environment.
- Strong command of English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with international clientele.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
