Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain rail system operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Lead defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution processes across rail infrastructure
- Coordinate safety protocols and regulatory compliance initiatives across all operational activities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain system documentation, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures
- Respond to system disruptions and coordinate emergency response protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in rail systems, transportation, or heavy industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in defect management systems and root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in shift-based or on-call operational environments
- Technical aptitude for mechanical/electrical systems and diagnostic tools
