We are looking for an individual who takes pride in creating authentic, flavorful ramen experiences for our guests. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our executive chef to ensure every bowl of ramen served meets our signature quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic ramen dishes according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure the kitchen station is prepped, organized, and stocked with fresh ingredients before and during service.
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with restaurant policies.
- Monitor ingredient quality and assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef regarding daily specials and operational adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or Ramen Cook in a professional kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, specifically ramen preparation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
