We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RC Coordinator - Operations to oversee hub activities in Tetuan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
As an RC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of parcels through our distribution network. This position focuses on both first-mile (pickup) and last-mile (delivery) operations, ensuring that customer expectations are met with every delivery. You will be responsible for the synchronization of hub workflows, managing personnel, and maintaining the high standards of speed and reliability that Shopee users expect.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hub operations for both first-mile and last-mile activities to ensure timely parcel movement and delivery.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery success rates, pickup lead times, and rider productivity.
- Supervise a team of riders and hub personnel, providing training, scheduling, and operational guidance.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage parcel reconciliation within the hub to minimize loss or damage.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and handle customer or merchant escalations related to logistics.
- Coordinate with regional logistics managers to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols and company policies within the facility.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or courier service management.
- Strong understanding of hub operations, including sorting, dispatching, and route optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse operational team.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with the local geography of Zamboanga City and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
