TC Consult is currently seeking a skilled RC Structural Drafter to join our high-performing engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality structural documentation for large-scale developments.
We are looking for an individual with strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD who takes pride in producing precise, accurate, and buildable drawings. As a key member of our drafting department, you will collaborate closely with structural engineers to translate conceptual designs into comprehensive construction documentation that meets rigorous industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and revise comprehensive R.C structural drawings including key plans, layout plans, and detailed reinforcements.
- Draft complex details for R.C beams, slabs, columns, and foundation systems with high precision.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, engineering standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve drafting discrepancies and implement design modifications effectively.
- Maintain well-organized project documentation and electronic drawing files.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to optimize structural details for constructability.
- Meet strict project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in structural drafting, specifically focusing on Reinforced Concrete (R.C) structures.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with BIM/Revit is considered a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and interpretation of engineering design sketches.
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering or Drafting/CAD Technology.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for technical detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex structural calculations and translate them into clear construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
