Erajaya is seeking a dynamic RCD Support Coordinator - Supervisor to drive strategic retail expansion in Jakarta. As a key member of our real estate team, you'll collaborate with ChanDev HQ to develop innovative channel strategies and identify high-potential locations for new store openings. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, assess property viability, and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless store launches. You'll be instrumental in optimizing retail networks while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards. - Develop and implement channel expansion strategies in collaboration with ChanDev HQ leadership
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prime retail locations
- Oversee site selection process including feasibility studies and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store opening preparations
- Monitor project timelines and budgets for expansion initiatives
- Build relationships with property owners and local stakeholders
- Generate detailed location performance reports for executive review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail property management or expansion
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in site selection and store opening projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in GIS mapping tools and market analysis software
- Familiarity with Jakarta's commercial property regulations
