As an RCM Voice Associate, you will be handling professional phone interactions to facilitate insurance verifications and resolve billing inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to insurance providers to verify patient coverage and eligibility.
- Obtain and document necessary prior authorizations for medical procedures and services.
- Handle billing-related inquiries from providers and patients with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed, accurate logs of all communications in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim denials and billing discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations at all times.
- Provide timely updates on status checks for pending insurance authorizations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in RCM, medical billing, or a BPO voice account.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance verification processes is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
