CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative is seeking a highly skilled and driven RE (Renewable Energy) Solution Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex electrical engineering concepts and strategic business development, driving the adoption of renewable energy technologies across our portfolio.
As an RE Solution Specialist, you will provide critical technical and sales support for diverse renewable energy projects, including solar PV systems, wind, and microgrid installations. You will collaborate closely with clients, project developers, and internal stakeholders to design optimal engineering solutions, assess technical feasibility, and accelerate business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical and engineering support during the pre-sales, design, and implementation phases of renewable energy projects.
- Conduct detailed site assessments, solar PV/energy system simulations, and electrical feasibility studies for clients.
- Develop customized technical proposals, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and Bill of Materials (BOM) aligned with customer requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to deliver technical presentations and pitch renewable energy solutions to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with distribution utilities for net-metering applications and grid compliance requirements.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring installations comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and industry best practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging green technologies, regulatory changes, and market trends in the local renewable energy sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in renewable energy systems design (specifically Solar PV), project engineering, or technical sales.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent solar design tools.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), distribution grid codes, and net-metering policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites across Metro Manila and nearby provinces as required.
