Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the real estate agent's calendar, efficiently scheduling appointments, property viewings, and internal meetings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing client communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms with a professional and polite tone.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases for property listings and prospective client information.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, offers, and necessary documentation to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Follow up on leads and potential clients to ensure no opportunity is missed and maintain a consistent pipeline.
  • Conduct market research and gather property details to support the sales team in their negotiations.
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents related to property transactions and client files.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a real estate support role.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) for clear communication with international clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus for potential local travel requirements.
