Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management, lease administration, or property management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record in lease agreements and contracts
- Experience with capital project management and facility planning
- Proficiency in real estate management software and data analysis tools
