Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily construction site operations to ensure compliance with project designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams to streamline project workflows.
- Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural blueprints to ensure technical accuracy on-site.
- Manage site inspections and quality control audits to ensure structural integrity and material compliance.
- Oversee cost control and material procurement, ensuring minimal wastage and adherence to budget limitations.
- Facilitate the smooth turnover of units by conducting punch-listing and addressing final rectification works.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in vertical or horizontal real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety regulations (DOLE/OSHC), and construction permit processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure construction environments.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).
