Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in global expansion strategies and market analysis
- Strong financial modeling and feasibility assessment capabilities
- Experience negotiating complex commercial real estate agreements
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep knowledge of Singapore and APAC real estate markets
- Proficiency in real estate analytics tools (e.g., CoStar, REIS)
