Are you an energetic and results-driven professional with a background in real estate? Our growing real estate investment team is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant and Cold Calling Specialist to join our remote operations. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a business that values high performance and proactive communication.
As our primary point of contact for leads, you will play a vital role in our acquisition process. We are looking for someone who can navigate conversations with ease, handle objections gracefully, and manage administrative tasks with high accuracy. While this role starts as part-time, we are looking for a long-term partner who can potentially scale into a full-time position as we expand our property portfolio.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily cold calling campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads.
- Manage CRM updates and ensure all lead information is tracked accurately.
- Perform follow-up calls and nurture relationships with potential sellers.
- Prepare property research reports and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments for acquisition managers using team calendars.
- Communicate effectively with the team via Slack/WhatsApp regarding lead status.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining an organized lead database.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally within the US Real Estate/Wholesaling industry.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle rejection during cold calls.
- High proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Podio, Salesforce, or HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a noise-canceling headset for professional calls.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work during US business hours.
