Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in real-time analysis or monitoring roles
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of call center operations and KPIs preferred
