Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a measurable impact on sales growth and operational efficiency? Imecon Teknindo is seeking a motivated Rebate & Finance Staff to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial incentive programs. You will take ownership of the RSA (Rebate Sales Agreement) lifecycle, ensuring that our rebate structures are optimized, payouts are processed with precision, and dealer insights are translated into actionable financial intelligence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end RSA rebate process, ensuring accuracy in calculation and timely execution.
- Monitor and analyze rebate performance data to provide insights for sales strategy optimization.
- Facilitate smooth communication between finance and dealer networks regarding payout statuses and reconciliation.
- Perform regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with company rebate policies.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports detailing rebate expenses and sales trends.
- Collaborate with the sales department to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in dealer incentive programs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the payout lifecycle to accelerate operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support, preferably with exposure to rebates or commissions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight monthly deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external dealers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
