Dewa Cafe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Administrator to join our dynamic Pre-opening team. In this critical role, you will manage the entire receiving process, ensuring all incoming goods are accurately recorded, inspected, and stored according to company standards. You'll be the first point of contact for suppliers, verifying shipments against purchase orders while maintaining real-time inventory updates. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to prevent discrepancies and ensure seamless operations for our upcoming cafe launch.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating with procurement teams, resolving supplier discrepancies, maintaining a clean and organized storage facility, and conducting regular inventory audits. You'll play a vital role in preventing stock shortages while optimizing storage space and minimizing waste. - Manage receiving process for all incoming goods and materials
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and ensure accuracy of received items
- Update inventory management systems in real-time

- Maintain organized, secure, and hygienic storage areas
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for supply availability
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory management preferred
- Proven experience in receiving or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical capability to handle and move supplies as needed
