Chefs and Bakers is seeking a motivated and reliable Receiving and Dispatching Clerk to join our fast-paced operations team in Bacolod City. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming ingredients and outgoing bakery supplies are handled with precision and efficiency.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory movement. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain accurate records, oversee stock movement, and ensure that our high standards of quality control are met from the moment a delivery arrives until it reaches its final destination. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quantity, quality, and damage, ensuring all items match purchase orders.
- Accurately update inventory management systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track pending orders and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in warehouse stocktaking activities.
- Ensure the receiving and dispatch area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Generate daily logs and reports regarding stock movement and delivery statuses.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receiving Clerk, Dispatcher, or similar warehouse role.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle tight deadlines.
- Physical capability to handle manual lifting and warehouse equipment when necessary.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Bacolod City.
