As the first point of contact for all incoming goods, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory accuracy and operational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Document and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
- Update inventory records in the management system accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Process returned items and manage scrap or damaged inventory disposal.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving dock area.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or hand trucks when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics/Warehousing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receiving or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or basic computer proficiency (MS Excel).
- Strong mathematical skills for counting and calculating weights/volumes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
