Join Minor Hotels as a Receiving Officer and become an integral part of our dynamic purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the receiving activities at the Purchasing office, ensuring that all items purchased are accurately counterchecked and monitored. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our inventory management system. You will work closely with the purchasing team to verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect goods for quality and quantity discrepancies, and ensure timely documentation. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and uphold the high standards of Minor Hotels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Countercheck and monitor all receiving items purchased by the Purchasing department
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all received items
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues
- Ensure timely processing of receiving documentation
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in supply chain or logistics is a plus
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages
