Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all receiving, unloading, and verification of incoming shipments
- Implement and enforce standardized receiving procedures and safety protocols
- Manage documentation systems including delivery receipts, inspection reports, and inventory logs
- Ensure security of docking premises through access control and surveillance oversight
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for efficient goods movement
- Train and supervise receiving staff to maintain operational standards
- Conduct regular audits of receiving processes and inventory accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/receiving management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and SOPs
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
