Under the guidance of our management team, you will be responsible for the seamless management of front desk operations. This includes greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, efficiently processing check-ins and check-outs, and managing reservations. You will act as the primary resource for guest inquiries, providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Additionally, you will handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive memory of their stay.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills. You will also be expected to coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly. - Manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route messages to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Process guest payments accurately and maintain proper financial records.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and respond to maintenance requests.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a high standard of personal grooming.
