As the first point of contact for our international and domestic guests, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable first impression that reflects the excellence of our resort.
In this role, you will manage guest arrivals and departures, handle inquiries with a helpful attitude, and ensure seamless communication across all resort departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, visitors, and vendors to the resort and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and readiness.
- Manage booking schedules and assist guests with local activity arrangements or transportation needs.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk environment at all times.
- Manage guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest stay details and invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or in a Customer Service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (PMS).
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
