As the first point of contact for our Flex properties, you will serve as a key brand ambassador, ensuring every guest and visitor experiences world-class service from the moment they walk through our doors.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations, managing front-desk activities with grace, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to balance administrative tasks with exceptional interpersonal engagement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Greet guests, clients, and partners with a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently.
  • Maintain office security by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges as required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are prepared and equipped for scheduled sessions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office management team, including courier coordination and document filing.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new arrivals to our Flex properties by providing site orientations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception, concierge, or high-end customer service roles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a high-end hospitality brand.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
