Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Central Region
Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Allowances (Total up to $4,000 per month)

You will manage phone calls, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, and maintain a neat and welcoming reception area. You will also assist with various administrative tasks to support the team.
The ideal candidate is well-groomed, articulate, and possesses strong organizational skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up refreshments for meetings.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
