Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up refreshments for meetings.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
