Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments using our booking management system to ensure optimal scheduling.
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures, including accurate billing and payment processing.
- Provide detailed information about our wellness services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the therapist team and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects our high standards of cleanliness and luxury.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace, ensuring a positive resolution every time.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, or similar role within the Hospitality or Spa industry.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Currently residing in Bali, with a strong preference for candidates living in or near the Tabanan area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) or booking software.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Polished professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
