- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide information about club facilities, events, and local attractions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using reservation systems and office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
