Are you passionate about delivering world-class hospitality? Hill House is excited to welcome a talented Receptionist to the pre-opening team of Arzo Hotel by Hill House Dining in Paco, Metro Manila. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, efficient, and memorable experience that reflects the high standards of the Hill House brand.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinate reservations, and provide concierge-level service. You will work closely with our Housekeeping, Dining, and Maintenance teams to ensure every guest feels valued and well cared for. Whether you are assisting a business traveler or a family on vacation, your professional demeanor and problem-solving skills will make all the difference.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and all requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservations within the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Proactively upsell hotel amenities, Hill House dining experiences, and local attractions to enhance the guest stay.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and special requests with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and security at the front desk and lobby area.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Host/Hostess, or similar customer-facing role in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • A polished, professional appearance and a guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Paco, Metro Manila.
