Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Handle incoming inquiries, bookings, and customer feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception and cashier station at all times.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of every shift.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all promotions, pricing, and service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role is preferred, but fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in numerical accuracy and basic accounting/cash handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
