In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing a professional and welcoming first impression to all visitors, while also playing an active role in our digital growth.

We are looking for someone who can seamlessly balance administrative excellence with creative flair. Beyond standard front-desk duties, you will collaborate with our creative team to capture engaging video footage and assist in managing our brand's presence across online platforms. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors and managing the front office with a high level of professionalism.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the production and capture of creative video content for company marketing initiatives.
  • Upload and manage content assets across various social media and online corporate channels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the brand identity.
  • Provide administrative support to departments as needed, including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Basic knowledge of video recording and social media content management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or social media dashboards).
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
