Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate front desk operations including mail handling, appointment scheduling, and document management
- Provide administrative support to IT distribution teams and department heads
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects company standards
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and distribution materials
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Support special events and meetings as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Active English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in reception or administrative support roles
