  • Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
  • Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
  • Provide comprehensive information about local attractions, transportation, and services
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for guest requests
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a pristine, organized reception area with professional ambiance
  • Assist in emergency procedures and maintain security protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
  • Fluency in English (verbal/written); additional languages highly valued
  • Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SiteMinder) and MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and cultural awareness
