Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome guests and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage a multi-line telephone system, screening, answering, and forwarding calls with professional etiquette.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and lobby area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the office management team, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure equipment readiness.
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory and coordinating replenishment orders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all corporate security and visitor access policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and professional decorum.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and a friendly demeanor when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Available for a commitment of at least 3 to 6 months for the internship duration.
