Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence professionally
- Coordinate mail distribution and package management
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support office event coordination and meeting arrangements
- Manage office supply inventory and procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; D3/S1 degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
