As the face of our Padel community, you will be the heartbeat of every session, ensuring that every player feels welcomed, energized, and ready to play.
In this role, you aren't just managing court bookings; you are curating the ultimate Padel experience. You will serve as the bridge between new players and seasoned pros, fostering a fun, inclusive, and professional atmosphere on and off the court. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome players and guests to the facility with high energy and professional hospitality.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-court sessions, ensuring smooth gameplay transitions.
- Manage session sign-ups, check-ins, and court assignment logistics effectively.
- Promote Reclub events, tournaments, and social programs to our member community.
- Ensure court etiquette and safety standards are maintained during all matches.
- Collect feedback from players to help improve the overall club experience.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to court bookings and membership inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Passionate about sports, particularly Padel or other racket sports.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or community management is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically active and able to handle on-court coordination duties.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
