We are seeking a meticulous Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic Scommerce team at Shopee. In this critical role, you'll safeguard the integrity of our inventory ecosystem by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies across multiple data sources. You'll be the guardian of data accuracy, ensuring our e-commerce operations run seamlessly while supporting strategic decision-making through reliable financial and inventory insights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Reconcile inventory data across multiple systems (ERP, WMS, POS) to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate root causes of variances through transaction tracing and data analysis
- Develop and implement process controls to prevent future reconciliation issues
- Generate detailed reconciliation reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory valuation accuracy and support month-end closing processes
- Document reconciliation procedures and maintain audit trails for compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or audit roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with e-commerce inventory processes
