Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes for bank accounts and general ledgers.
- Investigate and resolve complex discrepancies, ensuring timely adjustment and documentation.
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures to minimize financial errors and fraud risk.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the reconciliation team to ensure high productivity.
- Collaborate with the finance and treasury departments to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive reconciliation reports for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to automate reconciliation tasks and enhance reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reconciliation or general accounting, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or high-end ERPs).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly.
