Join Reed Elsevier's finance team as a Record to Report Analyst in Quezon City (Hybrid role) and play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. You'll be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes including ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies through investigation and analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with timely deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and resolve accounting issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in record-to-report or general ledger accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Philippine accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with multinational financial reporting processes
- Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
