In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, responsible for the end-to-end accounting processes. You will ensure that our financial records are accurate, compliant, and reflective of our operational activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy in all financial entries.
- Perform daily review and verification of operational transactions to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in accordance with company timelines.
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
- Analyze financial variances and provide insightful explanations to the finance management team.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies in transaction processing.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in General Ledger or R2R accounting functions.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team environment.
