Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively monitor and manage consumer accounts with outstanding arrears.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers to address payment delays professionally.
- Execute effective negotiation strategies to secure repayment commitments and resolve delinquencies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular progress reports on recovery status to management.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve overall collection efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- Proven experience in collections, field recovery, or related customer-facing financial roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in negotiation.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with the Jabodetabek area and regional demographic dynamics.
