Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement recovery strategies for delinquent accounts >210 days (vehicle financing products)
- Recruit, onboard, and manage external collection teams
- Monitor collection KPIs and optimize recovery processes
- Conduct negotiations with defaulting clients to secure settlements
- Prepare regular collection performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with legal team for enforcement actions when necessary
- Train collection staff on recovery techniques and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in debt collection/recovery
- Proven track record in managing external collection teams
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with vehicle financing products preferred
- Experience with collection management software
- Certification in credit management or collections advantageous
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
