Are you passionate about creating a relaxing atmosphere? Lumeira Wellness in Tabanan, Bali, is seeking a detail-oriented Recreation Area Attendant to oversee our Pool and Sauna facilities. In this role, you will play a vital part in our guests' relaxation experience by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a dynamic wellness environment. Your daily routine will involve maintaining pristine water quality, ensuring equipment functionality, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview, so we highly prefer candidates who reside in Bali.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool and sauna areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Check and adjust chemical levels, pH balance, and water temperature daily to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist guests with pool access, towels, and general inquiries regarding amenities.
- Perform routine cleaning of pool decks, surrounding areas, and sauna facilities.
- Restock amenities such as pool floats, towels, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to management immediately.
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure guest well-being.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in pool maintenance, hospitality, or recreation services is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact politely with guests.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual labor.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of water chemistry or a strong willingness to learn.
- Must reside in Bali for the in-person interview process.
