Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and execute mass recruitment campaigns for regional Sales teams across Bali
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging local networks, digital platforms, and industry partnerships
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future sales recruitment needs
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labor regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven mass hiring success
  • Expertise in sales talent acquisition and volume recruitment methodologies
  • Strong network within Bali's professional and business communities
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM) and data analysis tools
