As a key member of our HR team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-volume hiring to ensure we have the right talent in the right places. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for Happiness Heroes (couriers), ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates through social media, community networks, and job boards.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability based on company standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are ready to hit the ground running.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records in our HR systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and external partners to enhance employer branding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to the hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring, logistics, or field operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse candidate profiles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and best hiring practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
