In this role, you will be the bridge between our company goals and high-potential candidates, playing a vital part in building the future of our workforce.

As a Recruiter Officer, you won't just be filling roles; you will be responsible for the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring that every hire aligns with our company culture and operational needs. You will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, coordinate HR administration tasks, and provide critical support to our HR operations team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and ensure all HR documentation is compliant.
  • Assist in the implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier local talent.
  • Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
  • Support HR generalist functions and administrative tasks as required by the HR department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and standard HR recruitment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Resilient, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
