As a Recruiter Officer, you won't just be filling roles; you will be responsible for the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring that every hire aligns with our company culture and operational needs. You will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, coordinate HR administration tasks, and provide critical support to our HR operations team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between hiring managers and applicants.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and ensure all HR documentation is compliant.
- Assist in the implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier local talent.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
- Support HR generalist functions and administrative tasks as required by the HR department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and standard HR recruitment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Resilient, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
