In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates alike. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our rapid growth within the mining and natural resources sector.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will manage end-to-end recruitment support, from initial job postings to candidate coordination and onboarding preparation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at managing administrative workflows with precision. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high data integrity.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring timeline.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packages.
  • Assist in the organization of virtual or in-person recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment administration or a similar HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
