As a Recruitment Administrator, you will manage end-to-end recruitment support, from initial job postings to candidate coordination and onboarding preparation. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high data integrity.
- Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring timeline.
- Prepare recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packages.
- Assist in the organization of virtual or in-person recruitment events and career fairs.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment administration or a similar HR support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
