Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships to understand hiring needs and business requirements
- Proactively source passive candidates through advanced recruitment channels and networking strategies
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including skills evaluation and cultural fit analysis
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer acceptance processes
- Utilize CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and best practices
- Meet and exceed quarterly recruitment KPIs and placement targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles
