Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across various industries.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and business opportunities.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective business development strategies.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate the placement process.
- Utilize social media and networking channels to proactively engage potential candidates.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to generate new business leads.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
