Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising job vacancies to screening, interviewing, and recommending the best candidates.
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting techniques.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market salary benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; HR or Business related degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in the Healthcare or CBD sectors is highly desirable.
- Valid work pass for employment in Singapore.
