Tanggung Jawab
- Source, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates for various client positions
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and pipelines to meet client requirements
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
